Ela foi desenhadas pelo mais famoso artistas do passadão do futebol brasileiro, o argentino Molas, para a revista semanal carioca Esporte Ilustrado. Ele queria dizer, neste traço, que os portugueses ficaram desvairados ao chegarem ao Brasil e toparem com aquele monumento. Realmente, uma gata, realmente, realmente! Molas, no entanto, por não ter lido a história do Brasil, certamente, desenhou uma bela com cabelos ruivos, bem diferente das nossas índias, as primeiras habitantes destas plagas e que tinham as melenas pretíssimas e lisas. A cor da pele, também, não bate pois as mulheres (e os homens) que aqui chegaram, atravessando o Estreito de Bering, não eram alvos. Mas Molas está perdoado, por se tratar de criação artística, no que tudo vale. E vale um viva, por sonhar com vascaínas tão belas, de endoidecer mesmo a portugada.
It was designed by the most famous artists of the brazilian soccer past, the Argentinean Molas, from the Rio de Janeiro weekly magazine Esporte Ilustrado. He wanted to say, in this line, that the portuguese were mad when they arrived in Brazil and came across that monument. Really, a cat, really, really! Springs, however, for not having read the history of Brazil, certainly designed a beautiful with red hair, quite different from our indians, the first inhabitants of these plagues and who had the most beautiful and smooth melenas. The color of the skin, too, does not match because the women (and men) who arrived here across the Strait of Bering were not targets. But Molas is forgiven, because it is artistic creation, in which everything goes. And it is worth a living, for dreaming of such beautiful vascainas, to madden even the portuguese.
